Welcome to Yuni, a platform developed by Averin Labs. This document establishes the rules for using our services, for both Professionals and End Clients.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By using Yuni, you agree to these Terms. The platform operates in a B2B/B2C model, providing management tools (CRM, scheduling, Yuni Pay) for beauty/wellness Professionals and discovery/scheduling for End Clients.
2. User Profiles and Responsibilities
- Professionals (Data Controllers for their Clients): Are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of provided data and obtaining adequate consent from their end clients (especially for minors and sensitive data/allergies).
- End Clients: Must provide correct data for appointments and respect professionals' cancellation policies (no-show).
3. Account Creation and KYC Process
To ensure ecosystem security, Professionals go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This includes:
- Submission of documents (national ID, driver's license, passport).
- Facial recognition (Face Match via selfies).
- Validation of professional certificates.
Warning: Providing false information will result in immediate ban and report to authorities.
4. Payments and Yuni Pay
Yuni processes payments via Pix and Credit Card.
- We operate in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard.
- We do not store your raw card data; we use tokenized gateways for maximum security.
5. Security and Acceptable Use
To keep the Yuni ecosystem safe and functional, all users must follow these rules. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reverse engineering: attempting to decompile, copy source code, or bypass platform security and Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Spam and communication abuse: using the WhatsApp or email integration to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or aggressive promotions.
- Illegal or offensive content: using the link-in-bio, portfolio photos, or the booking system to promote illegal services, prostitution, fraud, or malicious material.
- Financial fraud: using cloned credit cards, forging documents, or bypassing the KYC system (Face Match) and the referral program.
- Data mining: using bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract personal data from other professionals or clients on the platform.
- Sensitive images (NSFW): inappropriate images are automatically moderated by the Google Cloud Vision API.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of payouts, blocking of specific features, or permanent ban from the platform with no right to a refund. Financial or cybercrime will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Global Compliance
Yuni is a global platform. We respect local digital commerce and protection regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate (including LATAM, Asia and Oceania guidelines).
7. Cancellation and Audit
Yuni maintains a rigorous audit trail. Modification, deletion, and export actions are logged. Account closure can be requested at any time, subject to legal retention of financial data.
