Yuni uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) integrations and tools to optimize workflows, ensure security, and provide insights to professionals. This document governs the ethical use and limitations of these technologies.
1. AI Applications in Yuni
- Content Moderation: Use of Google Cloud Vision API to analyze profile images and portfolios to automatically block adult or inappropriate content (NSFW).
- Fraud Prevention: Biometric verification tools (Face Match) during the KYC process.
- Predictive Analytics: Business insights (such as LTV and appointment trends in the CRM).
2. Disclaimer on Hallucinations and Accuracy
Although our AI tools are state-of-the-art, no artificial intelligence is infallible.
- Hallucinations (incorrectly generated data) or false positives/negatives in image moderation may occur.
- Yuni is not responsible for financial losses or business decisions made solely based on automated insights generated by the platform.
3. Need for Human Review
All critical information generated or processed by AI in Yuni must be reviewed by a human. Especially in cases of:
- CRM annotations related to health (e.g., identified or suggested allergies).
- Final approval of suspicious financial transactions.
- Profile restrictions by automatic moderation (manual appeal available).
4. Ethical Use
Users are prohibited from using Yuni to train external AI models (scraping professional portfolios) or exploit algorithmic biases. The use of our AIs must strictly comply with Human Rights standards and global data protection laws (LGPD, GDPR, etc.).
